ABOUT Steven

Born and raised in Eustis, Florida, Steven Kesselring grew up a motivated, enthusiastic individual.  

Over the years, Steven has taken every opportunity to learn and grow his knowledge by attending training and trade shows and is an alumnus of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program. He is an award-winning business owner and speaker with experience in entrepreneurship; along with this, he has built and supported multiple businesses. 

He started his first small business in 2004, where he built and operated a landscaping company. Without any prior business knowledge, just a pure desire to succeed. 

Over the years, he has helped start restaurants and mentored people who were beginning and trying to grow their businesses in multiple trades and industries.  

In 2013 he became President and CEO of Your Oil Tools. Your Oil Tools was formed after a life-changing truck fire that almost took Steven's life. Unfortunately, in the process of trying to stop the truck fire and extinguish the flames, he was exposed to toxic fumes that left him with chemical burns to his lungs and smoke inhalation.   

Using essential oils had such an impact on Steven, aiding his recovery and helping him return to everyday life. A partnership was born from this tragedy. Steven Kesselring, together with Stephen Baer, built a great eCommerce business.  

Steven's faith in God and the support of his wife Kim and daughter Hannah is the glue that keeps him together, regardless of the struggles that come with owning a small business can bring!   

His role as CEO has allowed him to help other small businesses, and he has also helped to launch a business training platform. www.motivate.biz is helping to grow small businesses from his experience and knowledge.
